Caroline is the perfect person to leave your baby with. She is devoted and love animals like we love them. My baby always looks amazing in every haircut. And I need a baby sister for Cruz, Carolina will be the only person that I will leave Cruz with. Gracias Carolina por el cariño y la devoción que tienes por los animales. Carol is the best! She has been grooming and boarding my boy dogs for more than five years. She treats my boys as though they were her own. She is great at communicating and listens well to any concerns I may have.One of my dogs has separation anxiety but Carol is so patient and caring that he settles down easily with her.Side note: she spoils them rotten ?

Keith and Will are great! I experienced an issue with one of their co-workers. They immediately dropped what they were doing to listen to me. Both Keith and Will showed empathy, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to understand and meet my needs. After meeting my needs and answering my questions, they exceeded my needs by thanking my for my business and asked me to return and ask for them by name.
