I was absolutely amazed by this beauty salon. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel right at home. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and excellence are outstanding. They truly master color techniques, and my stylist Lesiane was simply the best. They offered snacks, drinks, and made me feel so comfortable. I loved my color, my haircut, and my blowout. I left extremely happy. 100% recommended! 💖

Thay and her crew are exceptional, kind friendly and professional. An environment filled with comfort and good self esteem. Everyone is very welcoming even from the person who answers the phone to the person who works on the floor with your hair. Highly recommended.

Wow! I get blow dry services often when I travel and this incredible little salon was the best experience. Scheduled a same-day appointment, incredible food and one of the best blowouts ever. I would give it 10 stars for the good energy as well, very kind and attentive staff.

Excellent… friendly and professional. Incredible atmosphere like being in a day spa. The girl who regularly does my hair is out on maternity leave. She referred me to Lisiane and she was amazing. Great energy and incredible hair technician. Extremely happy and would highly recommend her!!

The best salon experiences ever they treat you like royalty in this place and are very determined to give you exactly what you asked for in regards of haircut, color and style every time I’ve gone in there I just simply show a photo of what I want and I walk out looking exactly the same as the photo I’m even surprised at the results!!!!! My cousin and I had such a great experience at TO Beauty Salon! We got highlights and absolutely loved the result. Everyone was so kind and professional. Thay Oliveira exceeded our expectations and a big thank you to Flávio and all the team for being so caring and attentive. We left feeling beautiful and happy!

2 stars are for the team which are amazing. I did not get what i was expecting for months. I thought Thai would color my whole hair to get rid of the color that i hate it, but instead she just did some low lights in top of the color that i mentioned i dislike. The whole process was done by her assistent who was great, even thought i was afraid that my hair was getting too dark they kept telling to trust the process. I did and i cannot describe the disappointment. The expensive treat to myself became a frustrating act to only look me at the mirror. At first, when she finally came back to me again to turn the chair it looked differently nice, but with styling and curls which is not my daily reality i said i like it. The minute i sat down on my car i cried. Nothing that i was hoping for. I sucked in for few days because it was my graduation day, but the next day i spoke with them on the WhatsApp and shared my discontentment. The receptionist was nice and told me to go there so they could see in person. I shouldn't even go there. Thai unvalidated my feeling stating my hair was a “bomb” even after done the test proving my hair was strong enough to get any treatment. To top off, before i even started the process i told them strictly that i would not want to see me in heels, pictures, or videos. Thai in person sent me an audio stating i would not appear if i did not want to. I signed the consent for the treatment, but i did not sign to release my image. Guess what? Minutes after i left the salon i was on her Instagram page. Totally unprofessional! Anyways, i guess i will have to find someone else to fix my hair. By the reviews, we all can see that there are more pros than cons. Lucky who was happy with their encounter! That was my experience with them!
