I was in so much pain for almost 2 weeks that I thought I was going to need a neurologist to help me, but Bradley was able to relieve the knots and my pain was gone within 2 days! Thank you!

I did not receive any services from Suzanne for the scheduled appointment, yet she has always provided me with her best efforts. She is professional, an experienced massage therapist, cautious, polite, and I recommend her. Yet, I received a request for a review despite I could not attend my appointment due to a family medical emergency. I asked to reschedule or cancel, and the individual who answered when I called could only tell me that there was a cancellation fee. Once I agreed to the fee, only then did they ask if I wanted to reschedule. I would prefer to see Suzanne for massage therapy at a different site. Maria was excellent and I felt amazing afterwards! I do want to mention, though, that the front desk staff came across as a bit pushy regarding membership sign-ups. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist mentioned that her manager had called to make sure I showed up and signed up for a membership, before I had even received the service.
After my massage, the receptionist again told me her manager called to make sure I purchased a membership. I completely understand promoting memberships, but the repeated pressure left a bit of a negative impression.
