Brad and Kuhn Flooring are rare these days. Real customer service is what can make or break a company, and they proved that in a big way.
We had luxury vinyl flooring installed in December 2021, and Pele was our sales advisor. He was sharp, professional, and treated us like family from the start. As a young family, that meant a lot to us because it was clear he genuinely wanted to take care of us.
Almost 4 and a half years later, I noticed a couple of areas near the edge of the floor where the planks were cracking. I had a few spare pieces left over and planned to replace them myself, but once I lifted one of the planks, I discovered the installer had glued the entire floor where the pieces click together. That made it impossible to do a simple repair.
We reached out to Pele, and even though the warranty had already expired, he told us he would look into it. He came out, verified the issue, and said he would be in touch. Not long after, I got a call from the owner, Brad Kuhn, and what he did honestly shocked me. After speaking with Pele, he acknowledged that the installer had made a mistake by gluing the floor, and they offered to replace the entire kitchen floor. On top of that, they also redid our bathroom floor and touched up a few baseboard areas where shortcuts had been taken during the original install.
When I offered to pay for the baseboard material, Brad refused and said they would take care of everything. That kind of accountability is almost unheard of today. He overnighted us samples, and within a few weeks we had a beautiful new floor installed. The installers who came out were highly skilled and did a fantastic job.
I almost never write reviews, but I had to make time for this one. It is hard to trust contractors these days, and too many people worry about being taken advantage of. Kuhn Flooring showed us exactly what integrity, accountability, and customer care look like. They stepped up, fixed what could have been a very expensive problem for our family, and the new floor looks even better than the original.
Thank you to Brad, Pele, and the Kuhn Flooring team. I have already referred several friends and will absolutely be calling them again when we close on our next home.

After researching luxury vinyl flooring and checking out several places, we went through Costco services and were introduced to Kuhn's Flooring. We worked with Fabio who came over two days after I first contacted Costco. He came over on a Saturday with samples, our floors were installed one week later by a two-man crew who did a wonderful job. We are so pleased with our floors and to Fabio who made the whole process go so smoothly.
