We selected the personalization option and the reception guests were greeted with a lovely space, decorated in our Betty’s favorite colors and objects representing her interests and hobbies. It was an uplifting celebration of her life. I really appreciate the helpful and supportive staff at Kraeer as I live in California and had to make arrangements long distance.

I went to a service last week to support my friend. I arrived at the place at 6:50pm. I was greeted by this cold woman who said that the service was closed when I know that that it was till 8pm. I proceeded to state that I can see that their car is here and that they are still here so I managed to still go in. So what I concluded was that that woman that was standing at the door was actually turning people away in fact, I learned later that she actually did turn people away. That was supposed to go pay their respects. When I learned about this, I confronted the woman and I let her know that what she was doing was wrong and all she did was look down at the floor and said nothing to me. I don’t know what game they are playing, but when you have people coming in to pay respects and that there’s an active service going on, I don’t understand why they would have somebody stand in the front and actively turn people away that are trying to pay their respects. That is unbelievable and I really think any of the positive reviews that they have are truly fake and don’t really carry any weight because I believe that they’re true intentions are just to make money off of people and really do not care about what they’re doing. Be careful about booking here!

Dustin and his team assisted in turning an unexpected tragedy into a smooth transition. My grandmother passed unexpectedly and from the moment my family and I got in touch with Dustin and his team, we felt supported. In preparation for the funeral, Dustin made sure we were well informed and satisfied with final decision made for the funeral service. Dustin was compassionate, professional and super empathetic when handling arrangement specifications.
Dustin even went as far as wearing socks and a tie similar in color to what my grandmother was wearing for her burial. Guests were provided a keepsake in honor of my grandmother. It was such a beautiful touch. Dustin has a gift for this! I hope everyone is treated with such care and empathy in their moments of grief the way Dustin treated our family. It made the transition much easier to bear. Kraeer Funeral Home has made this experience smooth, and beautiful. My family and I cannot thank them enough. Dustin was heaven sent!

Our funeral director Anthony and his team were absolutely amazing during the most difficult time of my and my family’s lives. The attention to detail for the service and keepsakes they provided were extremely thoughtful and more than what we could’ve ever asked for. This is the place where we said goodbye to my beloved 1-month-old grandson, and I can recommend this place in every way. They are very professional and, most importantly, they take care of every detail with love and compassion.
