Brian and all his trainers do a tremendous job! Super clean location. You better come to work though. He doesn’t let you come to relax and hang out. You’re gonna sweat!

Brian Makovsky does not accept mediocrity at Intense Training. I have never been more fit or strong in my life. If you are looking for an amazing workout and/or are working on any type of fitness goal- they can get you there! Highly recommend!

This gym is super clean, great trainers who develop a workout plan to fit your individual goals and equipment that is top of the line. Great place to train !!
