Went in for my first treatment and the receptionist was on the phone the entire time she was checking me in. During my treatment, the laser technician took a call on her personal phone while I was in the room with her waiting to be serviced. Also, the girl who did my laser was a student/intern. It felt like I was her guinea pig. After I was done went back to the desk to schedule my next appointment and lo and behold the receptionist was on the phone again as she was helping me. Everyone who I interacted with was inattentive. Overall poor experience from the time I walked in until I left.

The staff was super friendly and explained the process thoroughly. Laser hair removal is a very personal and somewhat uncomfortable process, however my nurse made it so easy.
