An exceptionally good result from an exceptionally excellent builder. Thank you Foley Builders and thank you Paul Foley. From initial planning, scoping and design, the 700 sq ft In-Law Condo Foley built for us is amazing quality, very comfortable and admired by all who visit. Everything was on time, all the workers were excellent and help with the City on permits was indispensable.Watching the construction process was gratifying in that everything came together perfectly, unexpected problems were quickly solved, and settled in now for months everything works perfectly and is very satisfying.Great job Foley! Time for a new roof but before the roof could be started there was some structural work required; something the roofIng company couldn't do. Enter Paul Foley of Foley Builders. First of all, Paul actually responded to the voicemail message we left for him. (First good sign, in my humble opinion) and scheduled a meeting for the same day. Based on a simple visual Paul gave us some ideas about how he would do the job. He got up on the roof and did a more thorough assessment and came back to us with a contract the next day.
