Had recent visits at Dermatology Consultants with Dr. Lowell & at Skin Institute with Dr. Rubin. They always extend great medical care and professionalism. Greatly appreciate their time & consideration with every appointment I go to. Have been a patient for many years & will always recommend.
I arrived here this morning for the first time with Dr.Bibi and I had a great experience with him and his staff. Everyone was nice and Dr.Bibi was amazing. He answered all my questions and led me in the direction I needed to go. So for the bad reviews, don’t believe everything you see. Especially on google. As a nurse, he was professional, and efficient. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews and went. I will be back soon! Thank you! Happy Halloween ?
My appointment was fine, Dr. Bibi was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to answer my concerns. The front desk however was so rude. The receptionist (didn’t get her name, she was some sort of south asian and had a lot of scars on her face) was so rude and inpatient. I had questions about my copay and if i would have to send my EOB to them once I receive it since normally I end up owing less after. She was annoyed with my question and was very much acting like a mean girl. I was nothing but kind and was just genuinely asking as I just turned 26 and this is my first time using my own insurance.
