I was so ready to write this review and now I have tears in my eyes. We loss my brother suddenly and we didn’t even know where to start we called multiple funeral homes but didn’t get that feeling like yeah let’s go with this one until we spoke with Clarencia! We were all distraught so many emotions and despite it all Clarencia made us feel heard. She showed compassion, empathy, pretty much everything a family would need going through a loss. I honestly am writing this because she truly deserves it.

Just wanted to express our heart felt thank you to Kiki and James for all their support , patience and kindness during this difficult time of my aunt Pearley May Lyn’s passing . Your attentiveness , compassion and guidance made one of life’s difficult moments comforting . We are just so grateful to your amazing team .

Took me sometime to gather myself to write this for obvious reasons, but I believe this would be good for others who may read this.

Our family recently used Coral Springs Funeral Home when my mother passed, and I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the way everything was handled. During a time that is obviously very difficult for any family, the staff really helped make things easier for us.

A special thank you to the managing director Clarencia Ingram. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain things clearly and made sure our family felt supported every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the families she is helping.

The service itself was beautiful and everything was organized very well. Even small details that we didnt think about were handled for us, which meant a lot during such a stressful time.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but the team at Coral Springs Funeral Home really treated our family with respect and compassion. We truly appreciate everything they did for us.

I have to thank the entire Coral Springs Funeral home staff with special thanks to Clarencia, Kirstyn, James for their generosity, guidance and patience with my family during the very difficult time after my mother’s passing.

I cannot thank James and staff enough for all of their help from the very beginning. When our grandmother passed, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, but choosing this funeral home truly became a blessing in disguise. James guided us through every step with compassion, patience, and professionalism.

They were present and supportive during all of the visitation days, making sure everything went smoothly and that our family felt cared for. The rest of the staff were equally kind, respectful, and attentive. Their gentle approach made an incredibly difficult time just a little bit easier.

I know my grandmother would have appreciated the care and respect that everyone showed her and our family. We are so grateful to have found this place, especially at the last minute.

When my father, Peter Mordas, passed away, our family was heartbroken, but Director Clarencia Ingram and her incredible team at Coral Springs Funeral Home made everything peaceful, elegant, and deeply comforting. Clarencia has assembled an amazing, kind-hearted, and talented team: Kirstyn, Shana, and James who handled every detail with genuine care and compassion!

They were always available and never once let a call go unanswered. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel supported through every step of this difficult process. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and made it possible to do a proper burial ceremony.

The online Casket Selection Catalog was exceptional, offering beautifully crafted, timeless designs that could be personalized with symbols and nameplates. We chose a royal blue model with these added symbols: a cross, two angels, and a “Dad” nameplate: a perfect reflection of my father’s faith and character.

During the viewing, they provided prayer cards with John 14:2, reminding us that Jesus promised us ““In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”

The entire service was organized with grace and perfect timing. The professional security escort to the cemetery ensured that everything went smoothly and that our family and friends arrived safely and respectfully together. The flower arrangements they made possible was beyond beautiful!

I am forever grateful to Director Clarencia Ingram and her team for turning one of life’s hardest moments into a beautiful and meaningful farewell.

Clarencia and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. She made my family and I feel very welcomed and appreciated this past week for the funeral of my father Peter . I recieved the most compassionate service from Kirstyn (Kiki) Neree. My very good friend, Pamela died unexpectedly and I could not have been in more loving hands. Her warm embrace and complete understanding were greatly appreciated.

In June of this year, my family experienced an unimaginable tragedy. We lost three beloved members: my aunt, my uncle, and then my aunts son. Amid our grief, Coral Springs Funeral Home became a pillar of support. Originally, my aunt’s funeral was scheduled just days before her son’s passing. Coral Springs worked tirelessly to ensure they could be laid to rest together. Despite the challenges, including two separate services in different cities for them both, Clarencia and her team handled everything with grace and professionalism, assuring us it would all be taken care of and it was.
Both of our loved ones looked beautiful. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The attention to detail and the compassion shown by Ms. Ingram and the Coral Springs staff was truly exceptional. Planning a funeral is never easy, but they made a heartbreaking process just a bit more bearable.
