Our AC failed after a power shut down in the area at 8pm on Memorial day. He happened to be across the street at the neighbors house. I asked if he would mind coming to our house next. He figured out it was the breaker itself that blew. He went bought a new one and replaced it. He finished around 9:30pm. Saved us from a hot night, no holiday day charge, no emergency after hours fee. We will never use anyone else as long as Cool Air Supply is in business!
First time I use this company, they answer the telephone immediately, they did the work as agreed for the price agreed, I was kept informed as to technicians traveling time via text message. I will use their service again. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service.
I would use Ferdie and Cool Air Supply Co again. After the job was done you wouldn't think that they were there. They cleaned up very efficiently and were very professional. That's what you get when you hire people that know what they're doing.
