My brother Albert Ferrau always chooses this hospital (Imperial Point). Everyone he encounters is nice, and he's happy with his care, especially with Dr. Raul Villanueva (Infectious disease).

Close your Coral Springs location. Incompetentence is an understatement

I went in for 6 stitches no one was in waiting room and I had to still wait over 3 hours to get my stitches and a X-ray . I would never return here for care

On the 3rd floor, Christine shows no empathy or emotion. Her attitude and behavior made an already stressful situation even worse. The overall atmosphere of the hospital felt unwelcoming, and it seemed like patient care was not a priority. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for timely, compassionate, and attentive medical care. Additionally, the hospital lacked any semblance of structure or organization. There was a constant lack of awareness and communication between staff members, leading to repeated mistakes and significant delays in care. Important information seemed to get lost or overlooked, and there was a noticeable lack of coordination between departments. This chaotic environment made it clear that patient care was not a priority. Nurse: Christine Nurse Manager: Megan

The care quality at this facility is horrible. Dr. Correa gave me information stating that a condition in my pregnancy had spiked not informing me that it is common and will subside around 14 weeks and I was 13 weeks at the time. So she gave me a scare as a first time pregnant woman with no knowledge of medical conditions since I'm not a doctor. Stressed me out and after going to see the right kind of doctor the informed me the levels are common to spike because of hormonal changes. She also wanted to admit me to see the wrong kind of specialist doctor. I was there for 6 hours. Practically begging for food and water. Never received it. She had me do a urine sample and after an hour of holding onto my urine I finally spoke up and mentioned how frustrated I was with my experience. As a pregnant woman this is unacceptable. My care was decent until I had to wait for the doctor. She was taking her time doing anything. My nurse told me she hadn't even put in for a urine test and that was 30 minutes after she asked me to provide it. Unfortunately I had to check myself out because the care was horrible. They had me in the hallway for 5 1/2 hours then put me in a room telling me the doctor would be right with me. I waited another 30 minutes and finally decided I was leaving. Jean my nurse was pleasant and helping as much as he could with how busy he was. Not providing a pregnant woman with food for 6 hours is absurd. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

After two ER visits, a four day stay, and one surgery, I have to send a huge Thank you to all of the nurses, Doctors, and staff that got me through it all. They were all so caring and friendly. Hopefully, I won't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in complaining about CHEST PAINS and waited two hours before I was taken into the back. Everything was being done in the waiting room ..... ALL while the waiting room is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. There is no sense of urgency, no one cares, it's ghetto as hell considering the location it's in. It's really sad to the point I considered leaving to go to a whole different hospital. A LITERAL JOKE
