If it is your first house this is not a good option, if it is your first time buying a house you need people to explain everything step by step and make you feel safe, and according to my experience with them, they do not have the best communication, neither in terms of fluency nor in terms of assertiveness.We let them assign us a realtor, it was a very bad experience, both in communication with us and in communication with the sellers. Not only was it bad communication, but this person's treatment was extremely rude and inappropriate with both us and the seller's realtor, a real disaster! The worst thing is that there was no apology from his bosses or from anyone in this company for what happened. Don't make this mistake, if you are going to use this company as your loan and closing manager, do yourself a big favor and use a realtor you trust.As for their management of loan managers and closing, it was acceptable, at least the purchase was achieved even despite their communication deficiencies and that there was an error in my wife's last name in the closing that they did not completely correct, So months later we had to continue correcting that error in several entities, county among others!
