I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I had a terrible experience with this company they failed to install the promised water barrier that the state requires for me to get the $ 10.000 Grant despite showing and discussing with the manager the way how the state wanted it to be done.they failed to used the right type of underpayment They also used the wrong hurricane straps or. clips to strengthen the roof I’m very disappointed it’s not fare to me because i have to repay this loan this company should not be allowed to work on anybody’s roof.

Richard was great when he came and gave me a repair estimate.. I couldn't schedule the repair though. The lady answering the phone told me she has to check with Richard and call me back, she never did. I called her back, she didn't confirm whether she called Richard or not. She then said the person that does the repair is not in till the beginning of the month. When I said I can wait 5 more days till July, she then said she is not even sure that would help. I inquired how it makes sense to only have 1 person that does repairs and why they even send someone for estimates if they have no repair crews. She got rude and threated to hang up if i don't want her help. I told her we are over a week since Ricahrd came in (took 5 days to get the estimate due to some circumstances that they explained that i was understanding of), they have been wasting all of our times, and asked to speak with her manager, and she hung up.

I have had a very bad experience with this roofing company. This company worked on my neighbor's roof and totally used my property as a garbage disposal. I have been patiently waiting for the roofers to fix what was broken and clean up the mess left behind, but it has been over two months and I am done waiting. I have no words to describe this total disrespect.I am very happy to report that the owner of the roofing company came personally to inspect the damage to my property and proceeded to send someone to fix and clean up my yard. He kept his word and made everything right and that is good enough for me.

I work and live at the apartment complex they are currently working on. This company is very unorganized, messy, and unprofessional. Several people have gotten nails in their tires. the construction site has been left a mess since they started with sharp metal left everywhere and sofit hanging blocking the doors to the apartments. They broke a window and have yet to fix it. They cut the cable cord. The workers have been seen drinking beers on the roof. Ladder has been left up blocking the entry way. Our whole communtiy is very upset with the work this company has been doing we do not recommend!!!Service: Roof repair
