I used to go to a different Aspen dental office in Dania Pointe for 5 years. Decided to change locations and come to Coral Springs.So glad I did! Checking in was extremely simple. Dr Charlton was very friendly. Daryl the assistant made the visit pleasant. He was very gentle when taking my X-rays (thank goodness)!! Beatriz the hygienist was extremely thorough. She explained the recommended treatment plan for me in laymen’s terms. Amazing staff!It’s a shame I was going to the Dania Pointe location for so many years and come to find out they were not providing the proper dental treatment or recommendations. If I could give them 10 stars I would from the time you walk in the office to when there helping you they was very great and fantastic the whole staff was absolutely amazing from Tiffany who did my xray to Bethany who explain everything to me about my xray an the condition of my mouth to the financial staff that help me to get the treatment that I needed an at that to have them do the procedure the same day they was excellent.. they absolutely save me I’m truly thankful for them.. everyone should come to them they will help u trust me and they won’t let u down at all the best care I ever got from a dentist office ever thanks aspen dental

I took my son for an x-ray which revealed a broken tooth with cavity. The entire process from beginning to end was first-rate. The front desk representative was extremely welcoming and professional We did not have to wait very long before meeting Darryl (Dental Technician) who performed the x-ray and thoroughly explained the results. Another member of the team did an explanation of what future oral care will be required; and then we met with Dr. Charlton who explained what the immediate resolution would be for the issue at hand.
