Everyone was very kind and attentive, even with the fact they were understaffed, they all work very well together and showed true dedication to their practice. Only down side was my fiance was reschedule twice and turned away after waiting for a month to get in. We were both understanding but disappointed. Ofc knowing things do happen that can’t be controlled, I can’t fully blame that on the practice. From my fiance perspective I can not say the same, he felt as if he was turned away and wasn’t given the same courtesy as me. Hopefully this won’t happen again in the near future.
Each staff member from the front desk , x-ray tech all the way to the hygienist and doctor were all amazing. Very warm and welcoming people. Yvionne you’re the best. I would like to add that they really care about your dental health and experience. If you are nervous about getting dental work done, this company will help you to feel comfortable. Also this review is for the Coral Springs location on University Drive.
My experience at the dentist was awesome. The dentist was kind and explained everything in a simple way. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The office was clean and comfortable. My teeth were checked carefully, and the cleaning did not hurt much. I left feeling happy because my teeth were clean and healthy.
