Everyone in the office was very nice and professional also Narline was very personable and patient.

Maysa was so knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure. I price and warranty shopped and even checked this retailer in different locations and chose to return to Maysa at the turtle run area. She even called me to let me know my husband left a little fan there. She didn't have to but she did. Just a normal person with experience and knowledge.
