The company came in. Isolated the mould area. After the required interval of dehumidying the area, their crew moved in, removed defective drywall, cleaned and treated mould affected areas They then put everything back in "like new" condition. Cleaned up and moved out. No wasted time, no dragging of feet.They handled the entire Insurance Claim,requiring nothing of me.All very professional. Also every time I called them, someone answered the phone ( not a machine) and made sure my enquiry was handled. I had water under my bathroom tile so I have given this company a call. When I did the general manager actually answered the phone his name was Dave I explained what was going on and he asked if I would be home in the next 2 hours. I replied yes, and he told me he was on his way. I was surprised at the quick response. When he showed up and we went into the bathroom, he explained the possibilities of the leak as well as explaining how most insurance companies work and the next steps I should take. He called in his leak detection crew and they quickly found that it was my shower pan leaking. Before I knew it him and his crew helped me call in my claim and took care of the situation. 2 weeks later I had a new bathroom.
