This is my second time coming to this store. The 1st time I came she just looked at me, didn’t say anything, and walked to the back. So I walked out without buying anything. I honestly came to this one by accident. I was trying to avoid this store specifically and failed. I gave it another try, when I walked in she told me hello. It just seemed like I was bothering her. I then ring up and she is shoving the items in the bag as if I got it 99% off or something. I will remember this store and will never return. Work on your customer service.
I don't know the name of the young lady that helped me choose the hair for my wife but she was pretty nice and accommodating in the beginning then towards the end when I was checking out her demeanor changed. I'm not going to say anything bad but I feel her customer service should have remained consistent. But I'd still come back here
The customer service is great !! She has great products and if she doesn't carry something she is more then helpful, to inform you of another product that's just as good or even better!
