I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this building and its incredible staff. From the moment we moved in, Mike, the building manager, has been professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. We had a few minor hiccups at the start, and the team handled everything with patience, kindness, and understanding—it made us feel so welcomed.

I am so, so, so happy with the exceptional hospitality and support I’ve received from the South Miami Avalon team. Daniela and her manager (forgive me for forgetting their name!) have truly gone above and beyond to make this experience seamless. From day one, they’ve been incredibly informative, supportive, and transparent while I make major living changes in preparation for the new year.
