I worked with Avinash Jagasia to find my perfect home in Miami. I cannot even begin to describe my wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had a list of criteria of what I wanted in a home. I highly recommend asking Frank X. Pulles of Coldwell Banker to represent you as your realtor. He came recommended by a fellow alum and represented us as buyers for the purchase of our home in Broward County. Frank was consistently available for home showings and always on time. Frank is professional and respectful. Frank was always prepared and did everything in his power to get us into the homes we wanted to see. Juan Sanchez just represented us in the sale of a condo. This was a very complicated deal for many reasons including the inept Property Manager (Pazos Robaina, stay away!). We also live out of state so relied heavily on Juan and he was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgeable and kept us in contact through the entire process. After buying and selling many properties and experiencing every nightmare imaginable, Juan delivered exceptional service all the way to the end. Highly recommended!
