I had a custom facial with Natalia and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes her time with every step, nothing feels rushed or routine. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients.
Her extractions were thorough (she somehow got everything out) but still so gentle, which is rare. She works with so much intention and precision, and it really shows in the results.
Beyond her skill, she creates such a calm, comfortable experience. You can feel that she truly loves what she does, and that energy carries through the entire appointment.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! Natalia is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your skin. The facials are honestly the best in the world—my skin has never looked more glowy and healthy.

Best products ever, I have sensitive skin so these are perfect and they smell amazing! Natalia is such a warm and friendly person who goes out of her way to make you comfortable. During the face massage part of the facial I actually switched off it was so relaxing, love love love!!
