“She was so amazing, and her set up was lovely! Very clean, easy to find (she provides simple directions for parking ahead of time), and smells lovely--her aromatherapy selection is top tier. I think this massage was so good because she made sure to communicate with me ahead of time and took the time to review my body. I was able to tell her my problem areas. Then she made sure to review the areas and apply the proper techniques in order to relieve any/all pain. This woman knows what she's doing and she does it well! She uses a variety of unique techniques which are incredibly effective (hot stones, suction cups, etc). When I've gone to other massage locations they're typically charged as an extra fee but she includes anything she needs to use in order to help you, her client, feel better within her flat fee. It's hard to find a better deal than that. Because of that, you don't have that awkward-yet-slightly-manipulative "you know, if you use XX, it can help you--but it'll cost $YY" conversation as you lie on the massage table. Plus, due to her skincare expertise, she's able to help you through any issues you may have in that region. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Exceptional customer service.

I went here while visiting Miami for a conference because I pulled a muscle in my neck. I completely misjudged how long it would take for me to get to this facility, and once I got there, things just got worse when I realized there was a parking garage that I had to go into. I ended up being almost 15 minutes late for a 30 minute massage.

I only ended up going in still to pay for my service so that the massage therapist wouldn't have wasted their time. To my surprise, the front desk kindly suggested I still go upstairs and see if anything was available.

Not only did Francesca still take me, but she even said that she had allotted extra time and could still give me my full 30 minutes. I would have never known whether or not she had the extra time, and still would've paid for wasting her time. The fact that she was honest to me and very nice about the whole situation left me with a great impression of the whole facility.

From what I could see, the whole place seems super nice. I wish this was a gym near me! Definitely will be going back next time I'm there for business.“
