If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here when I was starting to develop a rash ahead of an international trip. A nurse saw me for a maximum of 3 minutes, told me to ultimately cross my fingers and hope it doesn't develop during my trip (it did, it was bad, and I had to find a doctor on a Sunday in Greece because she wouldn't take more time to treat me).
At the end of my appointment, I was told my insurance wouldn't cover and I owed the full amount of $150 for that 3minute experience. I paid, in full, in person. 9 months later, they have the audacity to send me a bill for over $110. I've called them 4 times, after 5min of waiting for them to pick up each time they never do. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid avoid avoid avoid. Too many good derm places in FL for this unacceptable customer experience and service.

I had the under-eye filler done at Skin Association and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve struggled with dark circles for a while and this treatment has made such a difference. The process was completely painless — honestly not what I expected at all — and the best part is that you can already see the results the same day. But the real wow moment came a week later: the improvement is absolutely incredible. My under-eye area looks so much more refreshed and rested. Highly recommend Skin Association if you’re considering this treatment!

Ive been here a few times, and every time my experience has been great. The staff is so friendly. Natalie was a sweetheart and was professional. She made sure I was comfortable when getting me ready. I felt safe trusting her and the Dr.s with my face. On one occasion, Dr OConnell performed a cosmetic procedure. He was very kind and professional. On a different occasion Dr. Green performed a laser treatment and he was also very kind and professional. Mauricio and Catiana were very attentive and friendly as well. Not to mention, the office is very clean. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences so far

I am seeing more and MORE paid reviews and fake reviewers on Google, how I know it’s because unfortunately this Dermatologists office could NEVER EVER be 5 stars!!! Possibly when Dr. Brandt was alive, he was my Dermatologist and he and that old office was a total overall 5 star experience. Now, nope! I saw Dr. O’ Connell and his really rude and disrespectful and disgruntled nurse or assistant whomever she is. This doctor O as they call him was really rushed, really fake not just looked fake by all this plastic surgery and fillers just his overall demeanor and the way he interacted with me and my Mom. The Eva woman was just overall rude and even at one point asked me why I was asking for prices, and if I was on a budget. Umm, yes I am, most people are and I’m sure she is. I am responsible with money, and her questions were unprofessional and frankly not her business. I should been rude back and informed her that my Dad owns over 30% of the gas stations in Miami and I can buy anything I want however I wasn’t going g to stoop to her level.
As for the facials also overpriced and pretty rushed, not worth the money nor the hassle and fake pretense that most of the employees at this office have. Again, go elsewhere and to a real caring, PROFESSIONAL Dermatologists office.
Don’t even get me started on Dr. Greene, another rude, arrogant and ignorant doctor asking me if I had fungus. Funny, he’s the one that has fungus most likely.

I had such an amazing experience at Skin Associates! Both Kristen and Natalie were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable considering it was my first laser treatment. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel really confident about my treatment.

I’m beyond happy with the results, and made my skin glow and ready for my wedding! The healing process was easy, and they made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way.

You can really tell they care about their patients and the quality of their work.

I went in for a fraxel laser treatment and was treated very professionally. I was greeted by Mauricio and Catiana. They were very helpful in explaining everything clearly and in making me feel comfortable pre-procedure. Dr Green, Natalie, and Mauricio were fantastic during the laser. They were very comforting and it went by so quickly. I will definitely come back.

Went for a laser treatment, service was great and everybody was nice and professional. The nurse Natalie and Dr O’Connell took great care of me.

I’ve been going to Dr. O’Connell for many, many years, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He has an incredible understanding of facial anatomy and always knows exactly how much is needed he never overdoes it. His attention to detail is exceptional.

He really listens to what you want, while also giving honest guidance based on his expertise. Every time I see him, the results are natural and exactly what I was hoping for.

I honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with my face—whether it’s something small like Botox or something more significant. He’s simply the best.

Went to do my yearly exam and my nurse practitioner Kristen and nurse Joan were absolutely amazing. Great bedside manner and explained each step of what was happening. They also answered my questions in great detail. Can’t recommend them enough :)
