Stephanie is just the best pilates instructor, I was looking for private classes since I have a problem on one of my knees and I am so happy that I found her. Her talent and professionalism is exceptional, the studio is also located in a perfect area. I just enjoy going to pilates now!

Stephanie has an amazing class! It was a very effective workout in 30 minutes! She was able to accommodate my 2 friends and I and we absolutely loved her class! She is very knowledgeable about Pilates and intentional with the workout. Definitely must try!
