PetSmart Grooming

I am not really much of a fan of this petsmart due to the parking situation. The parking is free but this plaza/shopping building is too overwhelming. I do like how organized this petsmart is. The workers are very helpful and everything seems stocked. They have sales for kibble topper, by 6 get 2 free I believe. I wish they had a lot more options for puller doggo harnesses.. Other than that, this petsmart is still my local go to.

Boarded my puppy Espn for the first time, she's a 5 month goldendoodle. She stayed for 4 days and had no issue at all. They kept me up to date and sent pictures on messenger. Only thing I was iffy about was that they pee and poop on a floor that is designated for that or something like that... but it doesn't seem to have been a problem when she came home she goes out on the grass like normal. Thank god. It was very stress free for me to travel opposed to leaving her with a family member or friend...

We boarded our 3 cats there for 3 weeks; a 1yo, a 6yo, and a 12yo with health issues. Not only did they scrupulously follow the old lady's medication schedule, she actually gained weight (thyroid issues- she was getting dangerously skinny before we left). The kitten was played with frequently (they sent photos), and my weird middle child LOST weight (they followed the vet prescribed diet perfectly!!). These people are amazingly caring of both my animals and my long-distance-worry!! I can't recommend them enough. A clean facility, caring staff, and reasonable prices. A total class act from start to finish.
