I booked a massage and stretch session with Dailen at the Coral Gables location - amazing! She was great. Listened to what was bothering me and took her time addressing needed areas of concern. I wasnt sure what to expect as I never had a stretch session before, but definitely would recommend. Was so pleased I signed up for membership. Go see them, your body will thank you!

Ivette was amazing. Have been suffering from sciatica pain for seven weeks now and have tried everything. Massage gun, cold plunge, heat therapy, muscle relaxers, chiropractor. Nothing worked, only immobility, which I don’t have time for in my busy life caring for three boys under 9. She was able to isolate the affected muscle and help relive my pain almost completely!

Today was my first time with a male therapist and it was spectacular!! Daniel is very sweet, respectful and talented. He knew where my tension was and got rid of it. Definitely asking for him on my next visits ??❤️
