My home has a 25 year old concrete Spanish barrel tile roof. A lot of the tiles had cracked and come loose over the years. Not ready to have a new roof installed yet, so inquired about having a contractor come out and use the appropriate adhesive to secure all the loose tiles and seal the cracks. Just saw a news story on hurricane damage where they said loose tile from older roofs were a big problem as a hurricane could easily start peeling off the loose roof tiles. Once one tile was blown off, it would make it easier for hurricane winds to get under the exposed tiles and you would begin to lose the roof. Kenny called back in 5 minutes and told me he could do what I asked for and suggested resealing all the vents, reseal all the flashing and valleys where rain water ran. When Kenny arrived to do the job the next morning, it was clear he had been doing professional roofing repairs for decades and he made me feel confident I had hired the right man for the job. I cannot say enough good things about Kenny and his team! We had an unexpected roof leak during a recent storm, and I was stressed beyond belief. K & S is a great company to hire for roofing repairs. Kenny made the entire process so easy and seamless. He was at my house 2 hours after my initial call and fixed everything right then. My roof is 20 years old, but he made it completely water tight by replacing some shingles and sealing around all of the vents and seams. He also came inside and took care of 2 areas that had water damage. Kenny is extremely knowledgeable and gets right to business to get the job done correctly. I will feel confident referring him to all of my friends and family.
