This business is using other artists pictures on their business pages to catfish their clients into coming in for things their techs can't even manage to do. When confronted, the business blocked me. this entire "store" is a scam and a fraud.

I rarely (if ever) leave bad reviews, but I feel like everyone needs to be warned about this place. Made an appointment here to get my makeup and hair done for a wedding. Specifically stated, both on the phone AND in text, that I wanted "either waves and half up/half down, or a simple up do, like a low bun". I was told that was fine. I was under the impression that BOTH a makeup artist and a hair stylist would be at the salon.I was texted the day prior, to confirm my appt. The appt. time they texted me was wrong (10 am instead of 2 pm), but then said it wouldn't be a problem to keep my original time I had booked.
