Horrible experience. Just walked in and the lady at the front counter doesn’t speak English. She was rude in Spanish too. She was not even familiar with the services they offer. Stay away from this place. That act like you are a nuisance when in fact, you are going to pay for a service. Unacceptable!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff doesn’t speak English, so I had to use gestures to explain what needs to be done. The wait time was 4 days which is ridiculous. So I went ahead and expedited it and I was supposed to receive clothes within 48 hours. It cost me almost double the price. They told me to collect the clothes an hour prior to the closing time. So I had to plan my day so I would be able to get my stuff right before they close. If I come earlier, the clothes wouldn’t be ready, if I come later they will be closed.
