I am very pleased with cutting edge. Finding a reliable contractor in Miami is very tough, but they made it as easy as possible - They are fair and reasonable and I highly recommend working with Lanny - she is an awesome project manager and she made our project really come together - I am happy I chose cutting edge for my house remodel. I am now using them to do my backyard
Incredible experience. We had never done a reno and had received a few referrals for contractors. We already had our plans and permits, and had 3 contractors bid of the project. We chose cuttingedge and Alejandro S because of how much more responsive they were compared to the others. This continued throughout the project - Alejandro was efficient and had our best intentions in mind. We finished ahead of schedule and love the outcome. Already looking for our next home to renovate with him :)
We recently bought a home that we completely gutted and redesigned from the ground up, and we were so fortunate to have Carlos lead the project. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and extremely detail-oriented.
