I have been a patient of Dr Badiavas at this location for 4 years now. I had way too much sun exposure as a child and young adult, so I have skin cancers (basal and squamous cell carcinomas) to be removed constantly. I see him 3 or 4 times a year. Dr. B has been phenomenal in finding and treating these cancers in the least invasive ways possible, thoroughly explaining any treatment options. He has answered promptly when I messaged him (on the Mychart app) a photo of something possibly cancerous on my skin. I have found the office staff to be professional and pleasant. My son has been going to this clinic since before it became UM. I have never had an issue. I see all the negative reviews but I guess everyone has different experiences. Every time I’ve gone, they call my son in immediately and the staff is helpful and the doctor is wonderful. We see Doctor Maderal specifically and have never had an issue. The aestheticians (when he used this service) were always great as well. Great location and quick appointments. The front desk staff always makes future appointments for me, and I have never had a problem.
