I truly tried to resolve this privately before leaving a review.
I was at the salon from 12 PM until after closing around 10:30 PM and was the last client there. My hair was still in process when financing/payment was completed because the salon was preparing to close for the night, so I did not fully realize how uneven the balayage was until I saw it later in natural lighting.
I requested a soft, blended balayage with my natural dark root for seamless grow-out and white hair blending. Unfortunately, the final result had harsh lines, patchiness, and uneven blending that did not match the inspiration photo provided.
Although a correction was offered, I did not feel comfortable returning and still had to pay for the original service while seeking correction elsewhere.
My advice: do not complete financing/payment until your service is fully finished and you’ve properly seen your final result in good lighting. Photos attached for reference.

At Conde, you’re given something to drink while you wait to be called. If you’re indecisive, like me, don’t worry! The hairdressers will provide you with suggestions. My hairdresser, Tatan, suggested a different haircut for my face shape. I decided “why not?” and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Tatan was absolutely right, and I walked out of Conde with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!

Got a haircut with Tatan and honestly loved his work. He paid attention to every detail, took his time, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted.
