Great experience! Called when they opened spoke to Jackie who efficiently and pleasantly was able to coordinate an an appointment for same morning. Place is very nicely setup and clean. “Mark” the stylist was warm and welcoming and amazingly skilled at his craft! Listened, saw photos of my previous short pixie style haircut - added his magic for amazing results! I look forward to returning.

Marisela did my nails and she was FANTASTIC, however, the lady who was working the front while I was there (black hair, had a dog) has a huge attitude problem and poor communication skills. She argued with me about whether or not I told her about class pass when not only did I start my call by saying “Hi just made an appointment through ClassPass and wanted to confirm you have availability” but also she confirmed my appointment through class pass. Additionally, I scheduled a blow out for the next day and even though I called to confirm the appointment 5 days ago, she calls me day of my service to say the time is no longer available. Great for a quick blowout but definitely unconventional in that they don't ask you when you come in what you're looking for or do any sort of consultation about your hair. Because of this I don't think I'd be willing to do any cuts or color changes there. I got a trim though and she did a great job! Which is why I gave it 4 stars.
