Todd from Truly Nolen was very professional. He contacted me ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained the pest control services that he was going to provide around the perimeter of my home. He asked if we had any other issues that needed to be addressed. And he followed up with me once he was done.
As usual, I get pretty annoyed when I see my price for service being increased but then again, like all of us, companies face increased costs as a result of the current war in the middle east.
One thing is for sure, the quality of staff employed by Truly Nolen is the best in class. I was so happy to finally meet Luigi Falsone today as he has done a great job in the past of taking care of what was nothing short of a spider infestation that was threatening to take over my entire back patio and elsewhere around the outside of my home.
