Kristen was amazing! Got there with neck pain and she was very attentive to that, made excellent recommendations for dealing with that pain. I felt so much better after the session!
This was my first visit and had no defined expectations other than hopefully some alleviation of muscle tension and soreness. The massage I received absolutely exceeded my expectations. Medium pressure was used along with heat. I was so happy with how much better I felt when all was finished. Can’t wait to go back again as a new member.
