I am a little less than a month in and I am loving it. The community is real, the bathrooms are pristine (that is really important to me) and the challenge far exceeds my physical state. I am facing some fears.

I joined Lyfe a few weeks ago, and I’m really happy about it! Everybody is super friendly, and the coaches are amazing! I’m really enjoying the classes! It’s a great community to join!

More than a gym I can see LYFE becoming family.
I switched from another Crossfit that I loved, and honestly didn’t think anywhere could top it—but LYFE proved me wrong! From day one, Coach Angela, and Coach Carlos made the transition incredibly easy and welcoming. Taking on the 5am class was a big change for me, but they made it feel effortless. We start every morning with cafecito (thanks All) and the energy is unmatched—just smiles, positive vibes, and a genuine community atmosphere. The gym is spotlessly clean, and you can tell the owners truly care—they go above and beyond for their members.
