The quality of the work is great and the staff are friendly, but the service is incredibly slow! On average I spend 20 minutes every time I’m dropping off and picking up. Clothes aren’t packed and ready to go and the service at counter is far too slow compared to other cleaners.
The team at this OXXO Care Cleaners are amazing! I brought in a silk scarf that was very badly stained- on the white areas the stains were the most noticeable, some large patches and a bunch of brown spots all over it. I really didn't think that they would be able to get the stains out, especially considering it was silk, and also over 30 years old. But they were so careful with the process, and patient, and now it looks brand new! I cannot express how grateful I am to them for their expertise and care. Thank you, OXXO Cleaners!!!!
I am completely grateful and pleased with the service and attention received. I had an accident which damaged me at a family gathering. I thought I had lost the suit because of the type of stain and tear it had. However, I came to this store on a recommendation to see what could be done with the suit; The staff there treated me in a pleasant and professional manner, combined with a gentle and kind treatment, explaining to me what could be done with the suit, conveying a lot of confidence, and I left the suit with them.
