“I was so nervous. I saw Dr Haller for a broken tooth that ended up needed a crown. I have a huge dentist fear and was shaking. He spoke to me like real person. He was a great mix of casual and professional. Calmed me down, was realistic with what needed to be done and discussing cost and time it would take. He gave me options! Other dentist have always been dismissive, even poking fun at me for crying through my appointments due to being afraid. They always go “well you NEED this done. Period”. But Dr Haller gave me options, explained each and told me it was my choice. Seriously thank you. I’m by no means cured, I still fear “the dentist” but I know I’ll go back to him now when I need to. Also the staff was kind. The office was clean and felt more private with their areas than other offices do.
