“We had such an amazing experience! Ruth and Aura were absolutely wonderful, and so was Dr. Chen. What stood out to me the most was Dr. Chen’s honesty. He explained that my son, Ryan, needs a little more time before moving forward with braces because he still has several baby teeth. Other places seemed ready to rush us into braces, so I truly appreciated having a provider who was focused on what was actually best for my son instead of rushing treatment.
Aura gave us a tour, took Ryan’s X-rays, and explained everything to us along the way. The young lady at the front desk was also extremely helpful and took the time to figure out why I was being charged even though we have active insurance.
From the front desk to Ruth, Aura, and Dr. Chen, everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, our visit was nothing short of amazing. I really appreciate the honesty and genuine care we received and would absolutely recommend them!”
