Two handymen arrived right on time the very next day and in just a few hours the ceiling was repaired and painted perfectly. They showed me their work in progress, so I could see the actual damage. Before opening up the ceiling, they protected the work zone with plastic sheets and then meticulously cleaned up the whole area when finished - something many contractors don't do.
