I am extremely happy with this company. I have spoken to both Todd and Tom, and unlike others who are more interested in giving a sales pitch and finding excuses, they actually listen. Matthew the supervisor came in today and fixed the capacitor for $250 whereas the same job was quoted at $470 by another company. I have signed up for their membership for maintenance of my AC unit and for any issues, I will only be calling them.
Todd and his team recently upgraded our system from a 3.5 ton to a 5 ton unit, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Todd took the time to walk us through the entire process, helping us choose the best configuration and equipment for our home. His crew did a great job with the installation and everything was completed with care and attention to detail.
