Chris from Suncoast was very professional, prompt, reliable, straightforward, knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with.
Like other air conditioning companies, he worked hard to get me to buy the 2-year service contract which I guess makes sense but who knows? I went for it. But I like that he didn't just tell me I had to replace the whole 10 year-old unit, and that with proper maintenance it could last a couple more years.
The unit broke the day before we were leaving FL to head back to NY for the season. They did the work when we weren't there. I believe all of the issues were fixed. From what I've been able to ascertain, I would definitely recommend Suncoast.
