We took our new puppy in for his first check up and shots. The staff was very friendly and the Vet was very nice. The price was a surprise because it was about half of what I was expecting to pay.

I am really dissatisfied with this clinic, I switched my husky’s care here because they are closer. They RARELY answer the phone, I’ve only ever had one person answer one time I called out of the 5 - 7 times I had been calling. Well, she had her first visit, staff is nice but I’m having the same issue. I’ve called 5 times now on different days at different times, I’ve left 3 voicemails (over the period of at least 3 weeks), still no call back. I am to the point I’m just going to bring her back to FL Aid to Animals. They call back in a timely fashion if they can’t answer the phone! I’m literally getting nowhere with this clinic and it’s very frustrating.

Abby, our 4 month old puppy had her first vet visit with us as her parents. She has kennel cough. We adopted her from the Brevard Humane Society on Saturday, May 17, 2025. We are very pleased with Dr. Maier’s and Brittany’s care of our puppy! They were kind and compassionate. Thanks for handling our puppy with love!
