In 2022 we, and our neighbor, installed new HVAC systems for our condos. Our building is located on the west coast of Florida and the HVAC units are about 50 feet from the seawall/water’s edge on Anna Maria Bay. HVAC units rarely last more than 8-10 years at our complex due to the highly corrosive environment. We decided to give Salt Shield a try and had both units treated prior to installation.
