Great experience. Clay processed my home inspection for my insurance company. He explained everything along the way and gave me suggestions on how to lengthen the life of my carport roof. Highly recommend.

Having used Owens Construction for several of our investment properties, I have nothing but good things to say about their knowledge and service. Clay is an encyclopedia of construction knowledge. While a home inspection is not an invasive inspection, they are very detailed on the major components of the home.

Our inspection went very well. It was thorough and Clay provided Very detailed explanation and showed us all of the items he reviewed and a few issues that he found. I felt very confident using clay.
