John delivered everything I could have asked for and more! I was staying in hotels as I was house hunting and John was able to put me on his schedule almost immediately! Great first impression. John was thorough, he pays attention to details, he kept me in the loop regarding issues that he noted. His report was very professionally done and encompassed more than I had anticipated.
