I brought my car into the dealership with 2 punctured rear tires. I had the road hazard warranty, but didn’t realize how difficult the warranty company would make it to cover the cost of the tires. Mason Cox was my advisor and he worked with the company all day answering every request to finally get the claim approved and repairs performed same day. I got to see some of the requests so I really appreciate the effort Mason put in, completely saving me from an out of pocket repair cost. He also communicated with me throughout the day so I knew what was going on. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of service that Mason and team provided.

Absolute best service I've experienced at a dealership. The receptionist was very kind. She also got me in day after my call. I brought in my truck with an aggressive shake & lots of concern. I left with zero. Robert was informative & insanely helpful when it came to finding a viable option to get me on the road. He also helped me through unforseen payment issues that could have been a nightmare. Cameron was my technician. He is a very competent human & when you're driving across the country, that's who you want working on your truck.
