I went ro SMC to get treatment for a back injury. John provided a very pleasant and positive experience. He put his knowledge to work on my back and then generously educated me so that I could be proactive about my back health. I left with an improved state of back and mind. Overall great experience!
John takes time to listen to you. Concentrates on where you need massaging the most. He goes deep in the tissue to loosen the muscles. He really gets the knots out. There is no one better in Bervard. He cares, he really does.
John is an awesome massage therapist! I've gone to him for about eight years and he's helped rejuvenate this middle-aged guy where I have virtually no pain or other physical issues. Through massage therapy and yoga, I'm super active and nothing hurts. Haven't taken a Tylenol or Advil in years.
