The loving and joyful energy that the instructors facilitate is exquisite and each class brings valuable strength and wellness to the community that is fostered at Equillibrium Movement. The hospitality and kindness demonstrated by all staff members made me feel like I belonged there and was very welcoming.
Equilibrium Movement has such a great variety of classes that will challenge you and push you to your next level. The teachers are so knowledgeable and welcoming and the workshops are icing on top! I love the community that you find here ?
I attended my first class on Sunday 4/21, I was very nervous. When I walked in I was greeted with warmth and smiles and immediately felt welcomed. I absolutely loved the class and I cannot wait to go back!
