“I’m honestly so happy I decided to finally go to Armstrong Chiropractic. ❤ I’ve only been twice, but the difference I’m already feeling is something I never expected.

I’ve had herniated discs from a car accident in 2021, and over the years I really started to believe that the lower back pain and neck pain was just something I was going to have to live with. Bending and twisting, and I was always aware of my back and careful about what I did. I could barely turn my neck fully left.

After just two visits, I can walk miles without lower back pain, I can turn my neck without that uncomfortable restriction, and even my restless legs have stopped. It honestly feels crazy to me that I’m already noticing this much of a difference.

“I have complete confidence in Dr. Gilbert as my chiropractor. When I have had back strain from overdoing a workout, Dr. Gilbert has made gentle adjustments to ameliorate the pain. I must say that he either has a fantastic memory or keeps meticulous notes on me, perhaps a combination of both. He remembers what injuries have ailed me in the past, and he is keenly aware of chiropractic adjustments that I like and those I prefer to avoid. Whatever he does, I leave his office feeling like a million dollars. His office is very flexible with appointments; I can call in the morning and see him that same day. Dr. Gilbert also has a massage therapist on staff, Tara, who is very experienced and gives the best therapeutic massages I’ve ever had. Dr. Gilbert and his entire office are awesome!”
